Canine Design

Canine design is a Kilmarnock based professional dog grooming salon set up by myself Sallyann Gillies in 2001 and I have been a dog groomer for 12 years working to a very high standard.

We only use good quality products and equipment, all dogs are treated kindly and with respect at all times. No dog is refused but if your dog is known to bite please let me know beforehand. All dogs are washed and conditioned then hand dried with stand dryers, no cage or cabinet dryers, then trimmed to your specification. I am very proud of my work and will groom your dog to the best of my ability.

All breeds catered for including the giants (Newfoundland’s, St Bernard’s).

We operate a humane de-matting policy, de-matting can be very traumatic for some dogs. We only de-matt if the dog can tolerate it. Haircuts shouldn't hurt!

We are open Tuesday - Saturday and work with an appointments system. The salon can get very busy at certain times of the year therefore it is advised to book early if you require a specific day/time.
