Upon arrival you will discover a wonderful lounge with a collection of pastel coloured arm chairs all scattered before a woodburning stove, with characterful furnishings, and a dining table situated in the corner for four people.

The cosy kitchen is neighboured by a helpful utility area, whilst on the ground floor there is also a family bathroom, and a twin bedroom elevated by a dressing table, feature fireplace and bedside lamps.

The upper level is home to two further twin bedrooms, each wrapped in their own sense of tradition, delightful prints and a home away from home feel throughout.

Outdoors, the south-facing garden is where you will want to be, relaxing under the sun on a clear day, taking in the beautiful surroundings.

With use of the lovely gardens, 18 hole putting greens, trout fishing on the Tweed, and the courtyard cafe situated behind the property, you can truly begin your holiday in a heart-warming fashion, with so many more facilities on site. The entrance to Cardrona Forest walks is only 10 minutes walk from the cottage.

In their seasons, including the display of Snowdrops, Daffodils and sheets of Bluebells, the Gardens provide a rich variety of colour and charm for both the keen gardener, and for the visitor simply wanting to enjoy a beautiful garden in peaceful surroundings.
