Edenmouth Holiday Cottages

Edenmouth is a great place for family holidays with safe and plentiful play space, plus farm animals to delight the young and young at heart.

There are four fantastically spacious and well-appointed cottages to choose from at Edenmouth: The largest of which is Edenmouth Lodge, which has a double and two twin bedrooms and sleeps six. Dovecote Cottage has a double bedroom, which can also be configured as a twin and sleeps two. Courtyard Cottage has a double room and a twin room plus walk in shower rooms and sleeps four. The Byre has two twin bedrooms and can be made available as either room only or room and continental breakfast accommodation or as an add on to the self-catering cottages. Wi-Fi throughout.

Included in your stay at Edenmouth Holiday Cottages you will find ample parking, easy access, central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair are available on demand.

The Byre offers affordable and flexible accommodation as room only or bed and continental breakfast and can be used as an overflow to the holiday cottages so can be taken on a room only basis. Together with the Lodge, Courtyard and Dovecote Cottages this gives 16 bed spaces so ideal for large families, friends holidaying together and groups of fishermen, walkers,cyclists, golfers, shooting parties etc.

The Byre accommodation can also be made available as a twin or double bedded room with en-suite or as two singles with shared facilities. The large open plan lounge in the Byre is comfortably furnished, hosting a T.V./DV.D/Kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer. You have your own front door so are free to come and go as you please. Wi-Fi available.

The games room (which has a darts board and a table tennis table) and outdoor equipment is shared by the cottages, as is the laundry facility.

We are also handy for the Coast to Coast and Abbey cycle routes and offer lock up sheds for your bikes.

Your well-behaved pets are welcome to join you at Edenmouth, we have a dedicated enclosed paddock for exercise and also walks from the farm. Some basic rules must be respected and there is a £15 charge per pet per stay.

All the accommodation at Edenmouth is ideal for those with mobility problems as we are ground floor level with no steps. We are graded as suitable for the assisted disabled and many rooms have wide enough doors for a wheel chair user so please contact us for further information.
