Nether Boreland Coach House

Nestling in the Dumfriesshire countryside just outside Lockerbie, but with easy access to the M74, is Nether Boreland. Formerly an old coach house and the village Inn the Coach House is now a comfortable and stylish Bed and Breakfast accommodation in lovely countryside with traditional Scottish home cooking!

We have 3 bedrooms - 1 double with ensuite shower, 1 twin with ensuite bath/shower and 1 double with private bath. All rooms have TV, clock radio, free wifi, tea/coffee making and hair dryer. After a freshly cooked Scottish breakfast you can explore the Borders countryside or take part in one of the many sports available locally including golf, fishing and stalking.

There is also a guest sitting room with a huge open fire, guests can relax here with music or TV. Free Wi-Fi available.

Pet’s very welcome. We are part of a carriage driving centre, take a scenic carriage drive or have a trial lesson – you might find a new activity! Or just come and enjoy the glorious landscape of the Scottish borders, wander around our Equestrian Centre and meet the ponies, sheep, pigs and poultry!

Boreland village is about 7 miles north Lockerbie where there are good local amenities and a golf course. The nearest town is Dumfries.
