Ross Bay Retreat – a quartet of self catering holiday cottages, with shoreline gardens, all situated on the coast with uninterrupted views out across Ross Bay, in the beautiful Stewartry District of South West Scotland. The sea is only a stones throw from the cottages!

Wow is the feeling you experience when you look out to sea and the surrounding farmland and countryside. These delightful cottages are a hidden gem with stunning scenery, picturesque views and are set amongst idyllic coastal farmland. Tranquillity and uninterrupted sea views from our 500 acre farmland let you see the Isle of Man looking south (approx. 27 miles), the Cumbrian fells of the Lake District to the east and the Machars of Wigtownshire to the west.

Our Cottages:
Creel Cottage sleeps up to 4, Dairy House and The Old Cheeseloft sleeps up to 5 , and Byre by the Sea sleeping upto 4, each offering low occupancy discounts.

All cottages have access to free Wi-Fi, a multifuel burning stove for cosy nights in and alfresco dining options (balcony, beach or rear patio).

Dogs are welcomed (and loved) down here at Ross Bay, and we even leave a welcome pack for each of them for when they arrive. Max 2 (£20 / dog – more on special request).
