Rufflets, St. Andrews is the perfect holiday break for you and your dog. We are very happy to welcome well behaved dogs in our external accommodation – a maximum of two and by prior arrangement. Unfortunately, not all our guests are dog lovers so we ask that pets are not brought into the main house.

All our four-legged guests receive a welcome pack on arrival and various items such as drying towels, leads, bowls and beds are available to borrow from Reception (subject to availability). Dog Tariff – £10.00 per night.

Rufflets St Andrews has 23 individually styled and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Unlike most of the larger chain hotels, our rooms are different shapes and sizes which adds to their individual character and distinct charm.

Rufflets St Andrews offers a choice of three holiday lodges located within the hotel grounds, ideal for friends, families and golfing groups seeking the privacy and relaxed informality of their own home, yet with the facilities of a four star hotel on the doorstep!

The self catering lodges are accessed by a short driveway leading from Rufflets’ main entrance. All Lodges are designated non-smoking throughout. Wi-Fi, linen, towels and utilities are included. The king size zip & link beds can be two full size single beds on request. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and a £25.00 supplement per stay applies. We also offer an al fresco dining area complete with BBQ for use by our self catering guests (terms & conditions apply).

Seasons at Rufflets is our stylish and relaxing restaurant. Our established kitchen garden provides fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits throughout the year for our seasonally evolving a la carte menu. Other ingredients are sourced from the rich larder of Scottish produce available in the Kingdom of Fife and beyond.

The institution that is Afternoon Tea is a must, and Rufflets’ Afternoon Tea has been heralded as one of the very best in St Andrews. Freshly baked scones and delicious cakes with a selection of decadent finger sandwiches can be enjoyed in the Drawing Room or Lounge – and if the weather permits, out on The Terrace!

Rufflets is located to the West of St Andrews Town Centre, set within its own 10 acres of gardens. The beaches, restaurants, historic buildings and golf courses in the centre of town are all no more than 5 minutes by car.
