Synton Mains Holiday Cottages

A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Synton Mains holiday cottages, nestled in the rolling hills of the Scottish Borders. Located next to Ashkirk and near Selkirk, the two cottages are situated in a perfect rural location, combining farmland, hills, rivers and tourist attractions.

Named “Pinetree” and “Larchwood”, the cottages are semi-detached, clean, warm and comfortable, and fitted with modern appliances. Each cottage features three double bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living area / kitchen. The master bedroom is en-suite and contains a double bed, while the two further bedrooms hold two single beds each. “Larchwood” is suitable for disabled access having the master bedroom on the ground floor.

A great place for couples, friends and families to meet from the north and south, with free Wi-Fi, electricity and oil central heating in both cottages. Book online for couples discount-applies if only using the downstairs bedroom & ensuite.

Undercover storage available for fishing equipment, cycles, motorbikes and golf clubs/bags.

Both cottages are cyclist friendly and have good drying facilities, a hosepipe to clean bikes, secure bike storage and puncture repair kits.

Dogs are allowed - £20 per dog.

Wildlife is abundant; there are a huge variety of birds and roe deer can often been seen roaming the field around the cottages. You are free to stroll the estate to watch the wildlife. In the evening why not walk to the village pub or a wee bit further to the Hazleknowe Restaurant at the Woll Golf Course.
