Witches Craig Caravan & Camping Park

The 2015 AA awarding winning “Scottish Campsite of the Year” is situated at the foot of the Ochil Hills under the watchful gaze of the nearby National Wallace Monument.

For forty years our family run, family friendly park has been a gateway to the highlands and a base for exploring historic Stirling. Nearby you’ll also discover the scenic Trossachs, the rolling hills of Perthshire, the tranquil beaches of the Kingdom of Fife.

Witches Craig is located in a peaceful, relaxing part of Central Scotland where every pitch has stunning views of the Ochil Hills and across to the historic city of Stirling. If you’re feeling active, you can access the Ochil Hills direct from the park, wander along an ancient roadway to the village of Blairlogie, or walk in the footsteps of William Wallace to the nearby Abbey Craig.

We’ve award winning toilets and showers, a laundry, undercover cooking shelters and dish washing facilities. Children love the freedom in our play park and regular visits from the Ice Cream van is an added bonus. Free Wi-Fi is available across the park. You can order newspapers, rolls and milk for delivery to the park each day or drive to a major supermarket within 5 minutes. A short walk will take you to the Blairmains Farm Shop and Coffee Bothy. Regular bus services stop outside the park and Stirling Railway Station is just over 3 miles. There are world-class sporting and fitness facilities at the neighbouring University of Stirling, while the nearby “Peak” sports village has a swimming pool, ice rink and climbing wall.

Witches Craig is open from the end of March to 31 October, with pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes. There are no caravans available for hire. Booking is always advisable for caravans and motorhomes. However, we do not accept camping reservations more than two days in advance. All of our hard standing pitches have electrical hook-up points and guests can park one car next to their caravan – additional cars are welcome in our main car park next to reception.

Witches Craig is just three miles outside of the city of Stirling and five miles from Alloa. Morrisons operate the closest major supermarket to the park approximately two miles away, but all of the major supermarkets are found in either Stirling or Alloa.
