Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course is nestled within a 240-acre estate in stunning Aberdeenshire countryside. Steeped in history, the 13th century baronial country house guarantees unrivalled luxury. The hotel boasts 51 unique bedrooms, some with stunning views across the golf course and countryside beyond. Our multi-award winning hotel is a place where luxury comes as standard and we boast one of the finest parkland golf courses in Scotland, that is open to residents.

The Manor House has 10 bedrooms. Every one unique. Each individually designed in keeping with the baronial character of the hotel’s history, with original antique artefacts associated with Meldrum over the centuries. Each of the Manor house’s luxurious rooms boast beautiful views of rolling parkland and our very own private golf course.

In our Estate Wing, which was opened by Sir Alex Ferguson in 2016, we have a selection of 4 Deluxe rooms, 14 Superior rooms and 10 Guestrooms. All Deluxe and Superior rooms have views out to golf course and countryside beyond.

The Stables are adjacent to the Manor House with a short walk across our courtyard. Offering 13 generous sized rooms, some with beams and all with fantastic bathrooms and beautiful, contemporary Scottish interiors.

Situated at the beginning of our beautiful long driveway, you’ll find Chain Lodge. An exclusive-use home from home with 5 gorgeous ensuite bedrooms for up to 10 guests, all named after famous golf courses. Newly refurbished, it has a lounge area with Netflix TV, fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer and a dining room that seats up to 10 guests. A short walk up the drive means you can enjoy all that the hotel has to offer or hunker down and allow our chefs to bring everything to you whilst you kick back and relax with friends or family. Chain Lodge is also dog-friendly.

Some of the best memories are created over a meal and whatever you are looking for, we’ve got it here at Meldrum. From indulgent afternoon teas to a casual lunch or supper in our 800-year old Cave Bar. If it’s a celebration, head to one of our stunning, luxury private outdoor domes. If it’s all about local produce, then spend a leisurely few hours over dinner in our award-winning Pineapple – Grill and Seafood Restaurant.

Meldrum House offers the finest of facilities and golf is certainly no exception. Our course, designed by Graeme Webster, is sculpted to perfection in Scotland’s breathtaking scenery and is one of the most beautiful parkland golf courses in the country. The mature woodland backdrop, meticulous landscaping and abundant wildlife make it a golf experience like no other.

Your dogs are welcome in a selection of our Stables bedrooms overnight for only £15 per dog. On arrival in your room, waiting for your pooch will be a bowl, one of our Meldrum House blankets and a wrapped doggy biscuit specially for them.
